Ms Wheelchair Wisconsin stripped of title for standing
Ms Wheelchair Wisconsin, Janeal Lee, is being stripped of her crown after appearing in a newspaper photo standing in her classroom. Rules require that Ms Wheelchair Wisconsin be completely unable to stand. The title will now pass to the first runner-up.
