A US soldier shot and killed a rare Bengal tiger at the Baghdad zoo after the animal injured another soldier. A group of soldiers were partying at the zoo after closing time. The soldier who was injured was attempting to feed the animal through the bars of its cage.

A new US study published in the journal Cancer suggests sun exposure can reduce cancers of the breast, prostrate, lung, colon, ovaries and pancreas by 10 to 20 percent. Explosure to ultraviolet light was also helpful in reducing blood pressure.
