MGM and New Line have struck a deal which reinserts Goldmember as the title of the third Austin Powers installment. MGM had blocked the name in January which pokes fun at the title of the 1964 Bond flick Goldfinger. After agreeing to stick a whole bunch of MGM trailers in front of some movies, New Line was given the okay.

Firefighters in Somerset, Massachusetts, used the Jaws of Life to free an 11-year-old girl who got stuck in a washing machine during a game of hide-and-seek. She became stuck in the tub for over 90 minutes while playing with her brother and some friends. She wrapped her legs around the agitator and couldn’t get out again.
Third-year middle school mathematics teacher, Kathryn Anne Olson, 43, who reportedly told police she wanted the day off was charged Tuesday with calling in a bomb threat to Grayling Middle School in Michigan. Olson was arraigned in Crawford County District Court on a felony charge of making a false report or threat with a harmful device. She faces up to four years in prison and a $2,000 fine if convicted.
Greta Van Susteren plans to take Ozzy Osbourne as a date to the May 4th White House Correspondents Association dinner. Ozzy’s wife, Sharon, co-star of the MTV hit The Osbournes, also is going.

A robbery suspect is recovering from being bitten in the butt and crotch by a police dog named Scooby. Doctors had to reattach the partially severed penis of Raphael R. Scott. Officers had ordered him to stop, and when he contined running, police dog Scooby attacked.
Further down the list of things Scott is worried about include charges of robbery, cocaine posession, and burglary.
