Now a website called EAt mY phOnE offers a tool to let you upload your own photos, edit them online, and send them to your Nokia handset for only two bucks.

Elementary student gets tongue stuck to rail

Amanda Sharkey, a seven-year-old from Calgary, Alberta,was heading to school when she decided to find out once and for all whether her tongue would stick to an icy metal railing. It did. Rescue workers were eventually summoned and were able to free the girl with a bottle of warm water.

Builders play soccer with bomb

It looked like a bomb but not quite enough to convince the contractors and subcontractors at a Hynds Rd (New Zealand) building site that the bullet-shaped thing they unearthed had explosive potential. So they kicked it around and eventually it came to rest under a tree.

This week a worker struck the object with a digger and was alarmed by what he saw and alerted others. A plumber eventually called the police who determined it was a bomb.

Nearby residents evacuated and about 7pm Auckland bomb squad members removed the projectile. Luckily, it was determined that the object contained no explosive material.

O.J. Simpson does it again

Police went to the southwest Miami-Dade apartment of Christie Prody, who once dated O.J. Simpson, after a neighbor called to report a foul odor coming from inside. The neighbor had not seen Prody in a month.

Once inside, police found a dead cat in a doorway. Prody’s apartment appeared ransacked and clothing was scattered on the floor, along with semi-packed luggage, according to a police report.
