Policeman charged with tearing up ticket in exchange for sex
A Missouri police officer faces a federal indictman for violating a female motorist’s consitutional rights by allegedly tearing up a traffic ticket in exchange for sex in August 2000. If convicted on the federal charge the officer could face up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000.
