Jailed war protesters complain sandwiches weren’t tasty
Jailed protesters in San Francisco are complaining they had to wait hours to have food and water served to them and that neither the cheese sandwiches nor the peanut butter sandwiches were very tasty. One protester noted that some women were referred to as “hon” or “little girl” by deputies.
