Protester chains himself to wrong building, forgets keys
A man in Olympia, Washington, spent hours chained to the wrong building Tuesday in a pitiful attempt to protest war with Iraq. The man thought he was chaining himself to a building belonging to the U.S. Department of Energy, but instead chained himself to nonprofit agency which advocates for rural areas. Police used bolt cutters to free the man as he had neglected to bring a key to the padlock chaining him.
