Zoo lion chokes to death on large piece of meat
Jake, a 10-year-old male lion and king of the pride at a New Zealand zoo, died Wednesday after choking on a large piece of meat that became stuck in throat. The accident happened in the early afternoon in front a crowd of visitors who had gathered to watch the daily feeding.
