An attorney for a 14-year-old special education student who a female student performed oral sex on during science class, has filed a lawsuit against the Lake Shore school district to get the eighth-grader back in classes. The special education student was suspended for the remainder of the school year by the district. The school district, in a letter to parents, compared the incident to the events of September 11, 2001.
