Woman wins damage award after Dairy Queen employee bites her breast
A Virginia jury awarded $800,000 to a woman who was bitten on the breast by a Dairy Queen restaurant employee. The jury awarded $600,000 in compensatory damages, and $100,000 each in punitive damages against the employee and the company.
