Crank caller tricks restaurant managers into strip searching waitresses
Wichita Police are investigating who is calling restaurant managers and telling them to strip search waitresses. The most recent case involved a Village Inn manager who was convinced by the caller to strip search a waitress. The caller claimed the waitress, a minor, had been stealing.
