Peeing principal charged with DWI
A Manhattan elementary school principal was charged with drunken driving after police saw her urinating outside her car Tuesday. The woman became combative when approached by police. A teacher’s aide at the school who was in the car was also arrested and charged with obstructing governmental administration.
