Swaziland police are cracking down on bad drivers, including those that are caught kissing while driving. This Christmas season, the Minister of Public Works and Transport, Titus Mlangeni, has warned that police will be extra vigiliant against those who are caught eating, drinking alcohol, or kissing their lovers behind the wheel. He further asked that everyone keep a mindful eye on their cattle, sheep and goats to keep them from becoming involved in traffic accidents.
