Couple faces felony charges for fake bomb in luggage
A 50-year-old man and his 46-year-old common-law wife, an environmental activist couple, were arrested Tuesday night after authorities found a fake bomb in their luggage at Mineta San Jose International Airport. Each has been charged with felony possession of a fake bomb. “…we don’t find it funny,” said a San Jose police spokesman.
