Snowmobile death may be related to microwave oven strapped to steering column
A microwave oven strapped to the steering column of a woman’s snowmobile may have contributed to a crash which took her life this week in Webb, New York. An investigator believes the microwave may have pinned the snowmobile’s throttle, causing the vehicle to speed out of control. The woman’s husband told authorities they got the microwave to make popcorn.
