Man dressed as Santa robs bank, blames drugs
A man dressed as Santa who tried to rob a bank and held six people hostage during a police standoff in Penticton, British Columbia, told a court this week the prescription drug Paxil made him do it. He has pleaded guilty to robbery and other charges for the December, 2000, holdup and is scheduled to be sentenced November 28th.
