Teacher accused of sending severed raccoon head to principal
A Bedford, Ohio, teacher has been accused of sending a severed raccoon’s head wrapped in a Zip-Loc bag to a principal in neighboring Maple Heights. Police said charges against the man would be considered after jurisdiction is determined.
