Water on airliners isn’t safe to drink
The Wall Street Journal sponsored a scientific study which revealed almost all the water sampled from sinks on airliners contained nasty bugs like salmonella, pasteurella pneumotropica, staphylococcus, and pseudomonas. On a United Airlines flight aquatic insect eggs were found that hatched into maggots a few days later.
