Mike Rucker, who is running for the Leon County Commission as an independent, has apologized to a local man for urinating in his yard. Rucker said he needed to use the bathroom very badly and was 10 minutes away from the nearest facilities.

“A lot of coffee was going through me, and I had nowhere to go, and I thought no one was home,” Rucker explained.
