Third of food workers don’t wash hands after going potty
A survey of restaurants, hotels, take-aways and pubs in the United Kingdom found that 39 per cent of workers don’t bother with washing their hands after going to the bathroom. Only three per cent of managers understood the importance of properly training staff in hygiene, according to the survey.
