W Clifford Girard, who lost his daughter and only grandchild when they were killed by a drunk driver nearly a year ago, says police covered up the full story because the accident occurred during a high-speed pursuit. The Phoenix, Arizona, attorney also claims the Attorney’s Office let the driver off to retaliate against him for getting hundreds of drunken driving cases thrown out of Arizona courts.
