Geraldo Rivera files false story
Fox news correspondent Geraldo Rivera has been caught filing a false story in Afganistan.
In a December 6th report he reported that he was choked up to be on the “hallowed ground” where US fighters were killed. He was, in fact, several hundred miles away from that area.
When Rivera was confronted about the lie he explained he had confused that incident with another one in Tora Bora. Unfortunately for Mr. Rivera, the incident he says he confused it with didn’t take place until three days after his report, according the Pentagon.
