US press ignores Australia’s pain
The British press has called the horrific Bali bombings Australia’s September 11. But in the US, Australia is hardly mentioned in news accounts of the incident. Some stories have mentioned that most of the dead were “foreigners”. Australians are now thought to be the majority of those killed in the bombings.
