Zookeepers suspended for eating the animals
Two zookeepers in northwest Germany have been suspended during a police investigation for eating the zoo’s animals. The pair allegedly slaughtered and barbecued five Tibetan mountain chickens and two Cameroonian sheep for the children’s section of the zoo.
