Teen arrested at courthouse with cocaine in her hair
A 16-year-old girl was arrested at the Milwaukee County Courthouse with twenty-eight rocks of crack cocaine in her braided hair. The teen was charged Tuesday with possession with intent to deliver more than 5 grams of cocaine, a felony.
