Pee inspectors are on the case
Residents of Siteki, Swaziland are upset because a team of pee inspectors have been hired to fine anyone caught urinating in public. With public drunkeness being a common pasttime around Christmas, people feel this is unfair. One inspector says he writes about thirty tickets a day and double that on weekends and paydays.
