Woman mails back speeding fine with package of poop
Debra Angeline Schwarz received a traffic citation when traveling through Lake County, Oregon. To settle the fine, she sent a large envelope that included a $350 money order and a generous quantity of feces.
Schwarz, 44, was found guilty Wednesday of criminal mischief and other charges related to the incident.
