Man sentenced for branding pedophile’s genitals
A Michigan man who helped brand a neighbor’s genitals and buttocks with a hot metal spatula was sentenced to 19 months in prison. Randolph Evans, 38, attacked the man after learning he had been sodomizing young boys. Two other men were also found guilty in the branding. One was sentenced to a year in prison earlier this month while the other will be sentenced in September.
In June 2001, Evans’ victim was convicted of sexually assaulting the two boys, and is now serving an eight to 40-year prison sentence.
