Man caught masturbating on police car
A 25-year-old man has been charged with indecent behavior after masturbating over a police car.
Brisbane, Australia, police caught the man on security cameras and apprehended him before he could soil the police cruiser. A policewoman says they believe the man was doing it for about ten minutes before being caught.
