Two-story manufactured houses have arrived in Mississippi. Proponents cite the prestige of owning a two-story home as a big selling point.
The double-wide double-tall is delivered to the building site in four pieces. Crews assemble the first floor, then they lift the second story on top with a crane.
Over fifteen percent of Mississippi homeowners live in manufactured houses.
