Man fined for wiping his ass with tax bill
A man who wiped his ass on a tax notice and mailed it back has been ordered by a Winchcombe, Gloucestershire, court to pay £500 ($774 US) costs and serve 100 hours of community service.
Antique furniture restorer Mark Bailey also was rebuked by the court for wearing a t-shirt with “Come to prison, it’s fine” and “Customs and Excise stabbed me here” written on it.
