Police in Englewood, Ohio, were persuing a group of suspects who fled in their van after attempting to rob a lawnmower store. Their car stopped after sideswiping a tree and the driver, Michael Ford, took off on foot.

Police chased the suspect on foot a short distance when Ford’s artificial leg fell off.

Ford and the other two men, who each have a criminal history, were apprehended and face criminal charges.
