Congressman plans to moonwalk to podium
Ohio Congressman James Traficant faces expulsion from the House of Representatives tonight and will appear on the House floor to defend himself. He says he plans to wear a denim suit, moonwalk to the podium, and make a spectacle of himself. Rules dictate he be given 30 minutes to defend himself.
The 61-year-old Youngstown, Ohio, Democrat was convicted in April for bribery, racketeering and tax evasion.
