Cat-stomper sentenced to probation
A Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania, judge has sentenced 23-year-old Timothy Paules, Jr. to spend 2 years on probation and pay a fine of $1,000. Paules will also have to perform 100 hours of community service and continue anger management counseling.
Paules was accused of stomping a kitten to death in a crowded pet store in Gilbertsville last October.
