Supermarket toe-licker faces additional charges
Raymond Champion Dublin, 34, pleaded no contest Monday to charges he followed three women through stores in Woonsocket, Massachusetts and licked their feet.
He received a one-year suspended sentence, but is being held in prison until his Friday hearing in Milford, Mass. on an additional charge of toe licking.
