Woman pleads guilty to selling soiled panties
21-year-old Christine Vetter of Central, South Carolina, pleaded guilty this week to federal charges of mailing soiled underwear and other items she sold over the internet.
Vetter faces up to five years in prison or a $250,000 fine on charges of mailing indecent and filthy substances.
