Boy fakes drowning twice before really drowning
11-year-old John Szarko Jr., who faked drowning twice, drowned in a neighbor’s pool Thursday in Montoursville, Pennsylvania. Preliminary medical tests suggest John might have had a heart attack while in the pool.
