William Robinzine, 45, died Tuesday after stealing the ambulance that came to save him. Robinzine was covered with blood when he flagged down Chicago police officers. When an ambulance arrived and paramedics got out, Robinzine got in, locked the doors, and drove away.

Police followed the ambulance and forced it to the curb. Robinzine was transported to a Chicago hospital and pronounced dead.
