Luis Amaro, 51, the driver of a Mister Softee ice cream truck in Hartford, Connecticut, allegedly attacked an anti-ice-cream truck activist who was annoying him Saturday.

Amaro faces third-degree assault and breach of peace charges for attacking the activist. The activist, 64-year-old Wilbur Troutman, had been harrassing ice-cream trucks for the past several weeks by following them video taping their activities.
