Man shoots self in ass while mowing grass
Michael Rippe, 50, of Topeka, Kansas, accidentally shot himself in the buttocks Tuesday while mowing a field. Rippe was carrying a .22 Colt revolver strapped in a holster at the time.
Rippe is listed in fair condition after surgery to remove the bullet which lodged in his abdomen.
