America West pilots too drunk to fly
Two America West pilots at Miami International Airport were taken off a Phoenix-bound jetliner and ordered back to the terminal for a breath test which found they were legally drunk.
They have been charged with a felony count of operating an aircraft under the influence and operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
