Obscene clown harasses women
An obscene clown has been harassing women in the centre of York. The man is described as having a white painted face, red nose, wig, dressed in a yellow top hat, yellow shirt and checked trousers.
One woman complaines he jumped out in front of her and made a rude request, and she later saw him groping another woman’s breasts. The man spotted her and came over to gyrate his groin at her.
Unamused police are looking for the clown.
