Toe licking creep strikes supermarket shoppers
A Providence, Rhode Isand, man faces misdemeanor charges after being accused of fondling the feet of two women shopping at a supermarket.
One woman says the man moved as if picking an item from a lower shelf, then grabbed her foot and licked it.
Another woman says he rubbed his nose against her foot and licked it in the cosmetics aisle and said, “I’m a foot man” before running away.
