Robber identified because she wore work uniform
Colleen Fairchild robbed a convenience store in Hazleton, Pennyslvania, but forgot to change her work shirt. The gray, long-sleeved shirt with the word “Giant” on it was a dead giveaway that she worked at the Giant Supermarket.
The next morning, police went to the South Locust Street Giant and determined that Colleen Fairchild best fit the robber’s description among the employees.
Fairchild and her husband, who robbed the store along with her, turned themselves in and admitted they committed the robbery to get money for crack cocaine.
