Court sides with peeing teen
A state appeals court ruled Tuesday that a judge erred when it found a 14-year-old boy delinquent for criminal damage to property by urinating on the floor of a post office.
The Wausau, Wisconsin, court found that peeing on a hard floor doesn’t damage the floor because it can be cleaned, not repaired.
