Japanese girls need to take a bath, change their panties
The Mainichi Daily News reports that many girls in Japan are not exercising normal hygiene. The plurality only change their panties every second or third day, and bathe about as often. They are obsessed, however, with keeping their teeth and fingernails in top condition.
