Woman arrested for littering playgrounds with razor blades
Lori Elizabeth Fischer, 21, was arrested for seeding playgrounds with razor blades and other sharp objects.
Fischer could face felony child endangerment and assault with deadly weapon charges. Since April, there have been at least nine cases where razor blades, nails and shards of broken glass were found in playgrounds across southern Orange County, California.
