The Indo-Pakistani Dead Pool is offering $100 anyone guessing when the first nuke will be used in the never-ending conflict between India and Pakistan.
In case of a tie, the person who most closely guesses the number of megadeaths will be declared the winner. Sorry, but members of the Indian and Pakistani military and their families are not eligible for the prize.
