35-year-old Gary McMurtry, who held the title as Miss Gay Ohio, was found stabbed to death Friday in his home with a samurai sword. McMurty knew his killer, Micheal Jennings, who has been charged with aggravated murder.

Jennings allgedly dressed in black, wearing a mask and wielding a samurai sword, broke into McMurty’s home by breaking a glass door in the back of the house.
