Two children fall out of moving bus.
Two St. John the Baptist elementary school students were rushed to the hospital last week after they tumbled out of the door of a moving school bus. School district officials have suspended the substitute bus driver pending an investigation.
Frustrated by the mischievous student, the driver brought the boy to the front of the bus, to stand adjacent to the stairwell. As the bus made a turn, the student lost his balance, grabbing for something for support. The object he grabbed turned out to be the door opening mechanism. He was also able to grab a nearby student and pulled her out of the bus with him when he fell.
